Spring and winter paddock
>> Wednesday, October 01, 2008
Notice the big difference between the condition of the paddocks in this 2 picture. What a difference a month have made. We had such a waterlogged winter, most of the paddocks were badly pugged and the grass literally drowned.
Spring has been a bit kinder this year. It warmed much earlier, still raining but not as frequent or as heavy. I hope I haven't jinxed it by speaking too soon. Spring has just started !

Hi Sinner
I stumbled upon your blog while searching for pictures of Galangal & what the flowers would look like. I haven't had flowers for this yet.
But I was quickly drawn into your world (& Mr Redneck's) and how beautiful your property looks, the animals you have, the fruits, more flowers, etc... love it heaps!
I am also now more determined to try and make soya bean curd again, using your recipe. Never managed to get the curding effect, and it's one of my favourite desserts. :(
I would like to welcome you to my world as well at www.stephenotoko.blogspot.com. My blog covers topics about my dog (which was how this blog started initially) to everyday's stuff like gardening, and cooking stuff.
Once again, it's been a delight to have found your blog. Keep on blogging. "Hi" to Mr Redneck! :)

Hi Otoko
Welcome to our 'world'. You have a very interesting blog too :)
Would love to hear your feedback when you get the chance to try the soy curd recipe.
